Plan earns 4.5 stars from Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services in first year of eligibility

Rocky Hill, CT (Oct. 15, 2021) — CarePartners of Connecticut today announced its enhanced benefits and high-quality plan options for Connecticut residents, with coverage effective January 1, 2022. The plan also announced it has been recognized for its quality and performance with a prestigious 4.5 out of 5 stars from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) in its annual Star quality ratings for 2022.

The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period begins today for beneficiaries to enroll in a new plan until December 7, 2021, with coverage effective on January 1, 2022.
